Esther has over 30yrs experience of Working in Social Care 25yrs as a Social Worker within both the independent and Local Authority organisations in Residential, Independent Consultant Reg 44 inspections and Fostering. Esther was also a Kinship Foster Parent for a number of years to her nephews. For the last 10yrs as a Social Worker Foster Care Trainer specialising as qualified trainer in Parenting Programmes and Safeguarding specifically around Race, Trauma and Attachment and is a Restorative Practitioner
