Esther Douglas

Director CEO Esther has over 30yrs experience of working in Social Care 25yrs as a Social Worker within both the independent and Local Authority organisations in Residential, Independent Consultant Reg 44 inspections and Fostering. Esther was also a Kinship Foster Parent for a number of years to her nephews. For the last 10yrs as a Social Worker Foster Care Trainer specialising as a qualified trainer in Parenting Programmes, specifically around Trauma, Attachment, Restorative Practice and Safeguarding children with a special focus of 'Safeguarding our Black and Brown Children from Racial Trauma'.   

Leon Reid

Associate Leon grew up in Care from 18months he had multiple foster homes and has a mixed child faced many challenges but was able to overcome to forge a Successful career as a commonwealth bronze medallist and a Olympian to being the 20th fastest sprinter in the world. Let Leon train and speak with you in how to support children in care especially those from a mixed background to be the best that they can be.

Associate Ruth is a mother of 5 beautiful children 3boys and 2 girls so knows the beauty and challenges of parenting and motherhood journey. Ruth is a Natural Hair Skin and Health Consultant and has over 30yrs hairdressing of all hair types experience. While as an home school educator Ruth created a natural hair and skin company called "Nice to Be Natural". Since creating this company Ruth has become an international speaker and trainer in hair and skin care. She has trained foster carers for the last 10years in how to care for children from different ethnicities in Hair, Skin and Health Care.
